Excellent progress brings our community shop closer to reality

I am pleased to report that enabling works and preparations are continuing at the church, and we will start building our shop at the end of August. Our project is no longer a pipe dream and it is very exciting to get construction underway. Good things definitely come to those who wait!
 
Neil Truphet is master minding the build and is requesting help from volunteers for some important jobs, both at this enabling phase and later on when we are ready to install shelving and start decorating.  Neil has a work shop planned for Saturday 6th August in the church from 9.00 am. We will start with a  45 minute briefing on the many and varied jobs that need doing, there will then be a working party to start  preparing the space for the building work. If you would like to help on the day, or at a future date, come along to the briefing.
