Share launch off to a great start - now’s a good time to join us !
Since the launch of the share offer on 24th November we are pleased to say we have so far raised more than £40,000 from just over 100 new members. We still have a way to go to reach (and we hope exceed) our £60,000 target. So please do buy shares if you haven’t already. This is a terrific start.
HMRC provisional approval for sustainable investment tax relief for investors
We are delighted to announce that our community project has secured provisional approval from HMRC for sustainable investment tax relief. This means that, private investors will be entitled to tax relief of 30% of the amount of their investment in this share offer. There are rules over the timing of any rebate and conditions apply. £40,000 grant awarded to the shop by Amberley Methodists
